unique Create Your Life! (CYL) Dream Circle Program.
Our program offers qualified participants the opportunity to become a Certified CYL Dream Circle Facilitator &/or Host, and
reap the rewards of partnering with other qualified leaders who are eager to join in the mission and commitment that
CYL stands for.
Many people are finding it's time to make a change in their life and in the world. Many people are finding they are in
the midst of undesirable changes like job loss, relocation, pay cuts, etc. Many people are asking “What now?” and
“What's next?” You can serve this tremendous need.

Certification: Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Create Your Life! Dream Circle
Facilitator Certificate. You may add this credential to your business card, bio, web site, advertisements, flyers,
etc.
Group Size: Our recommended group size is six (four minimum, eight maximum). We have found groups of six to be ideal in the
sense that:
- Each participant is ensured plenty of personal attention in a group this size.
- More than six people may result in sessions feeling rushed or going longer than scheduled.
- The variety of life experiences and perspectives contributes to and enriches the creative process for everyone.
- This size allows for ease in accommodating groups in a living room, office, public library, park, etc. Anywhere you can seat seven
(six participants + facilitator) in a circle is sufficient space for a Dream Circle.
Facilitate the dreams of others while fulfilling your own!
The value to Dream Circle participants is extraordinary! By fully engaging in this program
participants can literally and rapidly move into the experience of creating and living their dreams. This means never
looking back with regret about the possibilities and dreams that remained unexplored and unfulfilled.
How do you put a price on that? Well, you can’t really. Some things in life really are priceless. That said, individual
participants enjoy the benefits of the Dream Circle for only $229.00. Our group rate is even more affordable at only
$195 per person.
Clubs and organizations such as women's networking groups, gyms, businesses, Chamber of Commerce,
non-profits...
any organization that would like to provide more value to its members while earning money for
themselves can offer the Dream Circle to its members.
Making Dollars & Sense
Get out your trusty calculator! The following example outlines how the dollars are distributed.
Organizations Double Their Money!
Alison, Certified CYL Facilitator and Promoter, approaches a local Women's Club and they are excited about offering
The Dream Circle to their members. The dates and location are set. The Women's Club makes announcements at their
meetings, passes out flyers that Alison gives them, includes the Dream Circle logo and the CYL web link in their
newsletter, etc.
To secure the dates on the CYL calendar, the organization makes a deposit of $150.00 ($25.00 per person x 6).
When it recruits 6 people, they earn $25/person or $150. Upon completion of the Dream Circle, the organization
will get back their $150 deposit plus another $150 as their share. Double their money! If they register 5 people,
they get back $125 plus $125 of their money. If they register 4 people, they get back $100 plus $100 of their money.
Wow!
The Women's Club would also have the option of offering a member rate ($195) and a non-member rate ($229).
This is one way that they can demonstrate the benefits of club membership while increasing their profit margins
even more. When non-members register, CYL pays the additional $34 registration fee directly to the club or
organization. In the event that an organization wishes to pay all or part of the registration fee on behalf of its
participating staff or members, this option is available as well.
Of the $195 registration paid per person:
$50 pp will be paid to Alison for Facilitation services
$25 pp will be paid to Alison for Promoter services
$25 pp will be donated to the organization
E.g.: With 6 people registered, Alison would be paid $150 as Dream Circle Promoter and $300 as Dream Circle
Facilitator, or a total of $450 if she plays both roles. (If you are interested in the Promoter position only, please see
'The Power of One' below and contact Tara for more details.)
The Power of One: Host a Dream Circle
Become a Dream Circle Promoter/Sales Rep.
Become a sales representative for Create Your Life! Using the example
above, you would earn $150 per Dream Circle. You set it up, and a qualified Dream Circle Facilitator will lead the group that you
organize. Start right away! Earn cash while using your organizational skills to bring people together around their dreams.
Training Program Tuition
The tuition for our comprehensive Create Your Life! Dream Circle Facilitator Training Program is $1095.00. For a
limited time, we are extending a Special Discount of 10% for a net price of $985.50. Choose from any of the following
payment options: One payment of $985.50, two monthly payments of $495.25 ($990.50 total), or three monthly
payments of $333.00 ($999.00 total). Earn your investment back in no time.
ROI and Finders Fee Incentives
E.g. Alison finds Jane who also becomes a CYL Dream Circle Facilitator. Alison will be paid a finders fee of $200 upon
receipt of Jane’s full tuition. After completing her training, Jane becomes a CYL Dream Circle Facilitator and Promoter.
Jane contacts a local gym or women’s club and they make arrangements for a Dream Circle that Jane will lead.
Again, the gym or women’s club would have the option of offering a member rate ($195) and a non-member rate ($229) to
demonstrate the benefits of club membership. When non-members register, the additional $34 registration fee by
non-members is paid back to the club or organization.
In this example, of the $195 registration fee:
$50 pp will be paid to Jane for Facilitation services
$25 pp will be paid to Jane for Promoter services
$25 pp will be donated to the organization
AND $25 pp will be paid to Alison!
With 6 people registered, Jane is paid $450 as a Dream Circle Promoter and Facilitator, and Alison is paid $150
residual income!
Let’s say Alison finds three people who become Facilitators, and each of those three people lead 4 groups a year
(6 per group). In this modest example, Alison will earn: ($200 finders fee x 3) + ($150 residual income x 4 groups
x 3 facilitators) = $2,400.00. That's without even leading a group of her own!
Add this income to what Alison earns through her own Promotion and Facilitation efforts, and it’s easy to see that the
profit potential is exponential!
Is this an MLM?
Not even close. This is a commission-based partnership program that qualified facilitators only will be considered for
after review of their application to enroll in the Facilitator Training Program. Finder’s fees are a one-time payment,
and residual income is paid to finders “one-deep”. For example, when Jane finds David and David earns his Certificate
as a CYL Dream Circle Facilitator, only Jane will receive a one-time finders fee and no portion of David’s Dream Circle
revenue will be paid to Alison. Only Jane will earn residual income for the groups that David forms.
